Hi I'm David, I’m a photographer and director with over 30 years of experience creating cinematic, character-driven visual stories.

I’ve worked on countless award-winning campaigns across advertising, design, and social media, collaborating with global brands, agencies, and creative teams to deliver work that is visually distinctive, emotionally grounded, and strategically effective.

Just as important as the work itself is how it’s made. I’m known for being calm, collaborative, and easy to work with, someone who brings focus and clarity to a set without noise or ego. I work well with people, create an environment where ideas can breathe, and stay steady under pressure, whatever the scale of production.

My role is simple: take ideas and bring them to life. The process isn’t about me it’s about the idea, the team, and making the best possible work. That approach has allowed me to build long-standing relationships and lead projects with confidence, efficiency, and respect for everyone involved.

Alongside commercial and editorial work, I’ve directed a feature documentary on legendary British band The Stranglers, bringing the same visual depth and storytelling sensibility to long-form film. 

Working across photography and film, I bring a consistent creative and visual feel to every project, making sure the idea carries through from start to finish.
